Check In

Upon arrival at Shilton Hotels, guests are greeted by our friendly staff who are ready to assist with the check-in process. Guests are asked to provide a valid ID and a form of payment for incidentals. Once the check-in is complete, guests are provided with room keys and information about hotel amenities and services.

Check Out

During check-out, guests can settle any outstanding bills for additional services or amenities they may have used during their stay. Guests are also asked to return their room keys. Our staff is available to assist with luggage and transportation arrangements if needed. We also welcome feedback about the guest's stay to help us continually improve our services.

Cancellation

Shilton Hotels understands that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests' needs. Our cancellation policy allows guests to cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the check-in date without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date will incur a fee equivalent to one night's stay.

For guests who have booked non-refundable rates, cancellations or changes to the reservation will result in the forfeiture of the full amount of the reservation.

To cancel a reservation, guests can contact our reservations team directly or use the online booking platform through which the reservation was made. Guests will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.

We recommend that guests review the cancellation policy at the time of booking to ensure they are aware of any fees or penalties that may apply.
